Cancellation
All bookings are non-refundable. Up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking time, we can reschedule your booking to a different date, time, location, or room experience. Within 48 hours of your start time, any changes incur a $25 fee. Within 2 hours of your start time, changes cannot be made.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Age Requirements
We welcome players of all ages but feel that most of the escape games would be best enjoyed by players 5 years of age and older.
Outside Food & Drink
Some escape rooms may prohibit you from breaking things or moving furniture.
Parking
Yes, we have plenty of free parking spaces just steps away from our doors!
Dress Code
Comfortable clothing recommended, no open-toed shoes.
Arrival
All participants should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
