Cancellation
Booking payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. They are used to guarantee our crew, photographers and handlers’ time & availability for the date you book your event.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure the booking and is refundable until 1 week prior to the event.
Age Requirements
Party Set Ups are ADD-ONS to unicorn pony parties, picnics and photoshoots ONLY and are not stand-alone products.
Outside Food & Drink
You can bring your own Food and/or Drinks; please keep in mind, most San Diego beaches and other public areas do not permit alcoholic beverages.
Parking
Parking is available on site.
Arrival
We recommend blocking off an oversized parking spot for our truck and trailer on an adjacent street from your location.
Other Info
Party Set Ups that have not been booked within 48 hours of your desired event date can be rented as a stand alone product if our schedule permits.
