📋 Policies
Cancellation
No full refund of your deposit under any circumstance. Notify cancellation in writing 3 weeks or more ahead for $500 refund. Less than 3 weeks, no refund.
Deposit
Deposit is required and refundable under specific conditions of cancellation.
Arrival
The party host will be given 45 minutes to set up prior to your scheduled start time. Additional setup time is $100 per hour, subject to availability.
Other Info
SOCKS are required for all adults and all children. Shoes are not allowed inside the playground or food area.
