📋 Policies
Cancellation
Reservations must be booked between 3/2/26 to 04/26/26. Event must be held Monday – Friday at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations by no later than 04/26/27. Event cannot be booked more than 365 days in advance.
Deposit
We require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party.
Age Requirements
For 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members that directly benefit children’s causes up to the age of 12.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake and ice cream. Other outside food is not permitted.
Parking
Parking is available on-site but may have limited availability during peak times.
Arrival
Changes to the reservation must be made prior to the day of the reserved party to avoid penalty.
Other Info
Each household may book only one $99.99 birthday party for a given day. Additional parties booked on the same day (by the same household) are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.
