📋 Policies
Cancellation
At least 7 days notice is required for full credit. Credit may be applied toward a future Moodoo Puppets performance/workshop. There are no cash refunds.
Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking and is refundable if cancelled 14 days before the event.
Age Requirements
Shows are suitable for all ages, particularly recommended for young children.
Outside Food & Drink
Outside food is not permitted during the event unless prior arrangements are made.
Arrival
Please ensure we have access to the location at least 30 minutes prior to the show for setup.

A shaded area is required for outdoor performances during Summer.
