Cancellation

Reservation must be booked between 3/2/26 to 04/26/26. Event must be held Monday – Friday at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations by no later than 04/26/27. Event cannot be booked more than 365 days in advance.

Deposit

We require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party.

For 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members that directly benefit children’s causes up to the age of 12.

Outside Food & Drink

Guests may bring their own birthday cake and ice cream. Outside food other than cake or ice cream, piñatas, cups, and outside entertainment are not permitted.

Arrival

Reservation changes must be made prior to the day of the reserved party to avoid penalty. Additional kids not in attendance are subject to the per-kid cost for any changes made on the day of your party.
