All sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule your game 48 hours or more prior to your reservation time, you may do so for no extra charge. If you need to reschedule your game within 48 to 24 hours before your reservation, there is a $60 rescheduling fee. No refunds, credits or reschedules are provided within 24 hours of your appointment.

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Age Requirements

Players 12 and under MUST be accompanied in the room by a playing adult.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your game. Players who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled start time may forfeit their play time.

Booking

For weekend birthday parties, it's recommended to book 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
