📋 Policies
Cancellation
If you cancel the event, we will retain that Nonrefundable deposit in a Raincheck (credit), which is good for one full year toward a future event. Cancellations after set-up have begun are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your reservation, which will be applied to your final balance.
Age Requirements
Children under 5 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using inflatables.
Outside Food & Drink
Outside food and beverages are allowed, but must be approved prior to the event.
Arrival
Setup time is included in your rental period; please inform us of your event schedule.
Other Info
We are fully licensed and insured, which satisfies the vendor documentation requirements that many HOAs, city street closure permits, and neighborhood associations require.
credit card guarantee
Based on the Fair Credit Billing Act passed by the U.S. Congress, your bank is not allowed to hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank should decide to exercise their right to hold you liable for that $50.00, Party With Us Rentals will reimburse you for that amount, up to the full $50.00.
insurance
We carry full liability insurance and licensing for all school event rentals we provide across Southern California. We can supply a certificate of insurance directly to your school district's facilities coordinator upon request.
