📋 Policies
Cancellation
There will be an AUTOMATIC charge of $3 a minute if you go over your scheduled time. We need the back room CLEARED by the end of your scheduled party booking. (CLEANING AND SET-UP TIME INCLUDED IN BOOKING!)
Deposit
Deposit NON-REFUNDABLE is required to reserve spot (24 hour cancellation policy from day of booking).
Age Requirements
They MUST be siblings for 2 children and up pricing.
Outside Food & Drink
You provide your own food and drinks.
Arrival
Please come at your scheduled party time. If you come in earlier than your party time, there will be a charge for the extra time.
Other Info
We can only accommodate time extension for the last party or if there is no party booking following. There will be a $3 charge per minute if you go over the scheduled time. Cleaning and set-up time is included in the scheduled time-slot.
