Cancellation
Cancellations may incur fees according to the terms specified for last minute bookings.
Deposit
A $300 to $700 deposit, or more, is required to reserve all dates/times and in order to start your birthday party planning process.
Age Requirements
Recommended age range is 3 to 16 years old.
Outside Food & Drink
Outside food is allowed, but must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Parking
Clients must provide a designated parking space close to the location for setup.
Arrival
For our Glamour bus parties we will arrive 30 minutes before the party starts. For parties in your home, our staff will arrive at least 2 hours prior to the party for setup.
cleaning
We are not responsible for cleaning costs incurred by damages from party guests; we protect your surfaces during the party.

RSVP Confirmation is required by the Monday before the party.
