Cancellation
Deposits will be forfeited for any canceled orders. Any additional payments will be refunded. Party Llama Rentals has the right to cancel any order at any time if we consider the order a high risk rental or if the delivery area is not safe to leave rental equipment.
Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your item(s). All deposits are non-refundable.
Outside Food & Drink
All decorations must be taken off Canopies and Tents.
Parking
Parking is available on-site.
Arrival
All rentals are delivered and picked up by Party Llama Rentals staff only. (NO customer pickup option). Delivery fees may apply.
