📋 Policies
Cancellation
Reservation must be booked between 3/2/26 to 04/26/26. Event must be held Monday – Friday at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations by no later than 04/26/27.
Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party.
Age Requirements
For 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members that directly benefit children’s causes up to the age of 12.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake, ice cream, and table decorations only. No outside food other than cake or ice cream is permitted.
Parking
Parking is available on-site at no additional cost.
Dress Code
Cast members can wear Halloween costumes during the Boo-tacular event.
Arrival
You can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the party, but adding guests on the day is not guaranteed.
