Cancellation
If you cancel your party 7 days prior, 50% of the remaining balance is charged. Within 72 hours, 100% charged. All deposits will not be refunded.
Deposit
$100-$300 non-refundable deposit required to secure your time slot, depending on the package you choose.
Age Requirements
Peek-a-Boo Factory grippy socks and a signed waiver are required for all children attending the party.
Outside Food & Drink
You may bring your own birthday cake/cupcakes, fruit trays, and veggie trays. $10 service fee per tray for other hot foods or sides.
Arrival
All party guests have to exit the facility after the party is over.
Capacity
No more than 30 people total allowed for Peek-a-Boo Package or 50 for other packages.
Other Info
Any other food will incur a surcharge of $10 per tray & $10 per pizza.
