Cancellation
Your reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time, and deposit can be applied to a new reservation within one (1) year.
Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied to your total on the day of the party.
Age Requirements
For 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members that directly benefit children’s causes up to the age of 12.
Outside Food & Drink
Guests may bring their own birthday cake, ice cream, and table decorations, but outside food other than cake or ice cream is not permitted.
Arrival
Arrivals must be coordinated as certain minimums must be met to avoid penalty if guest counts change.
Other Info
Sales include all game play, food, drinks and merchandise purchased at the registers the night of your reserved event when your organization is mentioned upon ordering.
